Discussions held between the Youth, Sports and Culture Minister, Mitcy Larue and the chief executive of the National Arts Council of South Africa, Rosemary Mangope centered around the memorandum of understanding which was signed between the chief executive of the National Arts Council of Seychelles, Jimmy Savy, and his South African counterpart in April this year in South Africa.
The MoU allows for artistic exchanges and collaboration between both councils.
Also present at yesterday’s meeting between Minister Larue and Ms Mangope were Mr Savy and a board director of the South African National Arts Council, Dr Same Mdluli.
