A R10 stamp featuring the Indian Temple in Victoria and a First Day Cover (FDC) costing R30 were launched yesterday.
This was during the opening ceremony of the fourth Seychelles-India Day activities at the International Conference Centre of Seychelles.
The launch was part of the celebrations to mark the Seychelles-India Day and was organised by the Seychelles Postal Services in partnership with the Indian Association of Seychelles.
The stamp design and part of the printing cost have been met by the association.
The commemorative stamp and FDC went on sale yesterday at the Central Post Office in Victoria and all sub post offices on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue.
