Dancehall superstar Konshens (whose real name is Garfield Delano Spence), will perform alongside his brother Delus in a live concert on June 28 at the mini-stadium (La Promenade field).
Konshens is famous for such hits as ‘Gyal a Bubble’, ‘Pull up to mi bumper’, ‘Bruk off yuh back’, ‘Gal Ting’, ‘Couple Up’ and ‘U Better Miss Me’, and all are well known among local fans.
Konshens’ concert in Seychelles has been made possible by Elijah, Trois Frères Distillery and Deba Store.
Elijah said the artist’s concert here is due to popular demand especially from the youths.
“The youths want to see Konshens live in concert, and we have worked so hard to be able to deliver what the people want. And it is 100% confirmed that we will see Konshens soon in Seychelles,” he said.
He added that Konshens won’t be the last international artist who will perform in Seychelles.
So far this year we have seen performances by other international artists such as Charly Black and Radio & Weasel.
Tickets for the Konshens concert are already on sale at Kot Do & Deba Store at R200, and VIP at R300. After June 25 tickets will be R300, and R400 VIP.
