creoleFor the third consecutive year and in light of his constant achievements on the field, Gary Charles has been awarded the title of Representative of the Year 2015 by Kuoni UK.

In order to mark the occasion, a special gathering was organised by management and staff within the premises of Creole Travel Services’ (CTS) Orion Building headquarters on Monday afternoon.

Always on the move and interacting with his clients in his own special way, Gary’s no holds barred approach has once more paid off.

“Customer service should not limit itself to a classical modus operandi but should go beyond what is expected and develop new ways of enhancing the relationship with the client himself,” affirms Gary.

“Every time I find myself facing a foreseeable customer, my interaction naturally adapts itself to the given circumstances and as my experience grows, I have managed in practice to actually predict their desires,” the Kuoni representative continued.

“I am on a daily basis doing what I enjoy the most and believe that my enthusiasm is therefore contagious!”concluded the triple laureate.

Stepping up to the position of a Creole Travel Services representative does not of course happen overnight as it takes a very high level of customer service abilities. The award criteria focus mainly on the day-to-day required services such as the meet and greet, the follow-ups, the steadfast and independent decision-making on the field as well as client feedback which is communicated to Kuoni by the customers themselves upon their return.

Judging from the number of repeaters that Gary has encountered in his professional capacities for the past 13 years, the representative’s comments are a gross understatement!
